We build recovery systems because we kept watching good businesses leak revenue.
IVO Shift did not start as a marketing agency. It started in the business funding sector, where the same operational, follow-up, and cash-flow gaps showed up across business after business.
Our story
IVO Shift started from the business funding sector. That work put us inside a wide range of companies and let us see how they actually ran day to day. The same issues kept showing up across very different businesses: operations that depended on a few people, follow-up that slipped when things got busy, and cash flow that suffered because revenue was leaking somewhere between a lead and a booked job.
We also ran lead generation. Generating more demand helped, but it kept pouring leads into the same leaky process. That is where the bigger lesson landed: a revenue recovery system is what actually protects cash flow, lifts ROI, and makes a lead generation system convert instead of waste spend. One of our partners also has direct service-business experience, so we know what a busy front desk and a full schedule really look like, and why the follow-up that should happen often does not.
Put together, it pointed to one conclusion. An established business needs three things covered to grow without leaking: demand coming in, operations handled, and a revenue recovery layer sitting between the two. That middle layer is the one most businesses are missing, and it is exactly what we build.
Roots in business funding
We saw across many businesses how operations, follow-up, and cash flow break down, not in theory, but in the real flow of a working day.
Lessons from lead generation
Running lead gen taught us that a recovery system is what makes new demand convert and what protects cash flow and ROI.
Service business experience
One partner has worked inside a service business, so the systems we build respect how a busy team actually operates.
The three aspects
Demand in, operations handled, and a recovery layer between them. We focus on the recovery layer most businesses are missing.
Grounded, managed, and pointed at dollars.
We would rather under-promise and show you the recovered revenue than lean on big claims. A few principles guide how we run accounts.
Start with the gap, not a template
Every build begins with a review of where revenue is actually leaking in your business.
Fit around what works
We connect to the tools and team you already have instead of forcing a rebuild.
Manage it, do not hand it off
We run and tune the system so it keeps working after launch week.
Report in revenue
You see what was recovered and booked, not a wall of vanity metrics.
Results-first, even before the testimonials.
We are early and honest about it. Rather than borrowed quotes, here is the process and the kind of proof points we build with every client.
Speed-to-lead, measured
We track response time before and after, so the change is a number you can see, not a feeling.
Reactivation, tracked
Old contacts re-engaged and booked are logged against the database we started with.
Recovered revenue, reported
Bookings that came from the recovery layer are reported weekly so the value is clear.
Client testimonials are coming soon. We would rather show measured results than borrow quotes.
